Véronique Ferreira – Perrin has 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, partnering and supporting individuals, teams and organizations to achieve sustainable performance, in renowned global companies such as Novartis, Bristol Myers-Squibb, United Technologies and the SEB Group, both in France, Portugal, Spain and internationally.

Specializing in the support and development of leaders, teams and organizations, Véronique became a Human Resources Consultant and Executive Coach in 2022, founding ARVORESENS with the aim of capitalizing on her experience as a manager and consultant to help leaders, managers, their teams and organizations grow and improve their structures and processes.

Véronique graduated from Sciences-Po Paris with a degree in Economics and Financial Management from the University of Panthéon-Assas, and also completed a Master’s degree in People and Organizational Management at the ESCP Business School.
