Tiago Almeida is currently Managing Director – Head of Regional Real Estate at Hassana Investment Company in Riyadh.

He has over 20 years of investment experience in the real estate industry, working for institutional investors, private equity and real estate investment and development companies in the Middle East, Europe and Brazil.

Prior to Hassana Investment Company, Tiago was Head of Real Estate Investments at Abu Dhabi Capital Group in Abu Dhabi, UAE, Strategy Consultant at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) in Dubai, UAE, Senior Director at Tishman Speyer in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Asset Manager / Project Controller at Muti Corporation in the Netherlands and Portugal.

Tiago Almeida has a degree in economics from the Nova School of Business in Lisbon, a postgraduate degree in corporate finance from ISCTE in Lisbon and an MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore.

Tiago Almeida has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since April 2024.
