Teresa Coelho is Global CPO and CSO at Tinsa and also a member of Club Impact Angels.

Previously, Teresa held positions as HR Leader, Partner at KPMG Spain (2019-2023); Senior HR Manager at Amazon (2015-2019); Director HR Services Mainland Europe and Middle East at Barclays (2013-2015); HR Services Director Iberia (2012-2013) and HRD and Executive Member (2006-2012) at Barclays Bank; HRD and Board Member at Liberty Mutual Insurance (2004-2006); Training Manager at Euro 2004 (2003-2004) and HR Manager at Staples (2001-2003).

Teresa Coelho has a degree in Sociology from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa and a Masters in Human Resources from ISCTE.

Teresa Coelho has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since July 2023.
