Sheinal Jayantilal is a partner at McKinsey & Company in the Dubai office, having joined the firm in 2004. He worked in Europe from 2004 to 2013 and moved to the Middle East in 2014. Sheinal has supported leading financial institutions on projects ranging from digital strategy, marketing, organisation, operations and corporate strategy in various geographies. She currently leads McKinsey’s Digital and Analytics Practice in the banking sector for EEMA.

Sheinal has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since 2023.
