Rui Gonçalves is an experienced CEO and business development executive with a solid international and corporate track record of delivering projects with results.

He specializes in leadership, strategy and business development, digital transformation, marketing management, human capital, operations management and international business.

Rui Gonçalves is currently director of business development at Al Babtain Power Telecom. Previously, he held the position of CEO at the strategic consulting firm, G Consulting.

Academically, he has a degree in industrial engineering from the Universidade de Aveiro and a master’s degree in management from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

Rui Gonçalves has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since January 2024.
