Rui Amendoeira is a lawyer specialized in the energy sector, with a focus on oil and gas. He was the founder and former partner of Miranda, Correia, Amendoeira & Associados, where he served as Managing Partner from 2006 to 2015. He later became a partner at Vieira de Almeida & Associados (2015-2020) and RLA Advogados in Luanda. Currently, he is a partner at OneLegal.

In addition to his legal career, he plays a prominent role in the business sector, being a partner in several energy-related companies in Angola, such as Servicab, Terra Rubra, Twenda Arne, and Enerprotech Angola. He is also Managing Director of RLA Consultants Limited in the UK and Senior Advisor for Angola at Partners in Performance.

His career combines legal expertise and business management, with a strong focus on the energy sector in both Portugal and Angola.
