Rahool Pai Panandiker joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2005 as consultor in the Lisbon office, and later he was transferred to BCG in Índia, where today he is a Senior Partner and Managing Director.

Ha has a vast experience in regulation and policies development for governments, and in companies of the energy sector in Spain, Brazil, Portugal, India, Mozambique and United States.

Before joining BCG, Rahool Pai Panandiker a research professor in Colorado School of Mines, USA, and a guest professor in University of Lisbon, Sciences Faculty, the chemical and biochemical department. In 2001, he worked as Director for an educational project in Goa, India.

Graduated in Chemical Engineering for the National Institute of Technology Karnataka in India, in 1992, he obtained a PhD in Chemical and Oil Refining Engineering for the Colorado School of Mines in the USA in 1997, and in 2005 an MBA with double specialization in management and finances in Católica University.

He is a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since 2014.
