As the President and majority shareholder of the plenITude Group, he is dedicated to supporting French and European organizations in understanding and addressing the impact of information and communication technologies on their resilience and competitiveness. Headquartered in Paris, the Group achieved operating revenues exceeding €50 million in 2023 and aims to double its turnover by 2025. Currently, the Group employs 350 professionals, delivering services to over 3,000 clients in the fields of managed services, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.

With a background in economics from Nova SBE (formerly FEUNL) and management from INSEAD, combined with extensive international experience in multicultural environments, he brings a global strategic perspective that is essential for driving positive impact for the Group’s thousands of clients. His mission is focused on developing the Group’s strategy to better address client needs, fostering the qualitative growth of teams, and nurturing internal talent and leadership to tackle new challenges.

He began his professional journey in Portugal, working at Jerónimo Martins Group in marketing and management roles, and also served as an assistant lecturer at Nova SBE. In France, he actively contributes to initiatives that energize the entrepreneurial ecosystem, such as mentoring startup leaders through the MoovJee association and participating in CroissancePlus, a French entrepreneurs’ association. Within CroissancePlus, he takes part in lobbying committees addressing key topics such as impact and sustainability, the future of work, and European and French sovereignty.

He is married, the father of one child, surrounded by many dear friends, and an avid sports enthusiast, participating in marathons, Olympic triathlons, and Ironman events. Additionally, he is a passionate reader with a deep interest in philosophy, psychology, sociology, geopolitics, economics, and management.

Pedro Sousa has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since December 2024.
