Paulo Morgado lives in Madrid, is the co-founder of Bridgewhat, a start-up focused on the Iberian business growth niche, and leads the Technology Transactions area at Antas da Cunha Ecija.
Until 2018, he was CEO of Capgemini in Portugal and Spain, a group he joined in 2001 and where he reached the position of Executive Vice-President in 2012. Before that, he worked for Roland Berger and Banco Finantia and was General Manager of Grupo Vidago .
Paulo Morgado holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management from Nottingham Trent University, an MBA from UCLouvain, a degree in Management (UCP) and in Law, and a Master’s in Philosophy.
He has published eight books on topics related to business and strategy, having taught at several Portuguese and Spanish universities.
