Miguel Anacoreta is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan and currently Head of Capital Markets for the Latin America and CEEMEA regions.

His team, spread across 13 countries, is responsible for organizing, structuring and distributing financing and investment solutions for corporate, institutional and government clients.

With a degree in Economics from the Universite Libre de Bruxeles, he began his career in 1997 at J.P. Morgan Chile as an analyst in the markets department, and subsequently held different positions at the bank in London and Madrid.

He is currently based in New York, where he is a member of the executive management committees of the Markets department for EMEA and the Americas and a board member of the J.P. Morgan Development Finance Institution. Miguel lives in Manhattan with his wife and two children

Miguel Anacoreta has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since December 2023.
