Márcio Brochado Correia is currently and since 2024, Chief Digital and Information Office at DSM-Firmenich Animal Nutrition and Health.

Correia was Head of IT & Digital Europe, Africa and Middle East at Syngenta from 2021 until 2024. He began his career at Syngenta in 2016 as Sales & Marketing Productivity Program Manager and in 2018 moved to the position of Global Head IT Commercial Platforms.

Previously, he held the position of SAP Basis and Database Administration Operational Manager at Sonae Industria.

Academically, he graduated from the University of Porto and completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration at HEC Paris Business School in 2016.

Márcio Brochado Correia has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since October 2023.
