Luísa Fernandes is the Director of International Relations of CAESP – Conselho Arbitral do Estado de São Paulo e Diretora Internacional and International Director of EPMESC – Escola Paulista de Método de Resolução de Disputa since 2017.

Previously, she held the position of Secretary General of the Arbitration Center of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in Brazil between 2014 and 2017.

Academically, Luísa has a law degree from the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa.

Luísa Fernandes has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since October 2023.
