Luís Pais is Operations Manager at Vinci Energies International & Systems. Previously, he held the position of General Manager of Business Development, Marketing and Operational Support at SPIE, with a proven track record of working in the oil, gas and multi-technical services industry.

His professional background has given him various skills in strategy, negotiation, M&A and commercial planning, with particular experience in business development.

Academically, Luís Pais holds a Kellogg Scholar Certificate, Northwestern University, focussed on Marketing and Sales, and a Master of Engineering (MEng.) from the University of New Brunswick (UNB) – Canada.

Luís Pais has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since July 2023.
