Júlio de Almeida is Chairman of VINCI Energies International & Systems, position that he holds since 2021. Previously, Alemeida was in charge of the group’s operations in western europe, but during is career at VINCI Energies, he has held positions of leadership in various brunches of the company, acting in Angola, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, the Netherlands, Mozambique, Norway, Portugal, the United Kingdom and Sweden.

Previously, he was also Regional Director at ACTEMIUM, Industries and Infrastructures, Operations Director & Co-Founder of SUBITEO (startup ADSL Telecom Operator, SME-Targeted), Regional Director at GTIE – GRANIOU, Business Unit Director at GTIE Multimedia Networks and Project Manager at GTIE Telecommunications.

He has a degree in Engineering and an Executive MBA.

Júlio de Almeida has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since 2019.
