Jorge joined Randstad N.V. in 2011 in Amsterdam.

Since then, he has taken on various responsibilities in the area of finance and management, and was CEO of Randstad in Brazil between 2014 and 2018. During this period, he was also President of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Brazil. More recently, Jorge has held the position of CFO at Randstad and is a member of the board of directors.

Previously, between 2001 and 2011, Jorge held various management and financial positions at Spring and the TNT group, having lived and worked in various countries, most recently in Germany, where he was responsible for a group company between 2009 and 2011.

In Portugal, he began his career at the Grupo BES and worked between 2000 and 2001 at the Vila Galé Hotel Group in the commercial and financial areas.

Academically, he has a degree in Business Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a master’s degree in Administrative Management from Columbia Business School and London Business School.

Jorge Vazquez has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since October 2023.
