Isabel Torres is Corporate Vice President of Boehringer Ingelheim.

Isabel is a highly qualified professional and committed leader with a strong passion for promoting equality in healthcare, who has over twenty years’ experience in the healthcare and life sciences sector, combining specialised knowledge of the sector and proven principles of scientific, clinical and healthcare management to design innovative, evidence-based initiatives that bring about systemic change.

She specialises in negotiations with governments and other stakeholders, such as academia, multilateral agencies and NGOs, which result in strong public-private partnerships. Isabel also has strong experience in structuring and leading matrix organisations.
