Horácio Carvalho is CEO of Climate Change Ventures and Hydrogen Ventures Limited. He has 50
years of professional experience in the Energy, Environment, Health, CleanTech and
Climate Change. Responsible for more than US$10 billion in capital raising,
including Project Finance (e.g. Central Tapada do Outeiro), Asset Management (Climate Change
in the area of Climate Change), Advisory and Consultancy to technology companies in the
in the transition to ‘zero carbon emissions’. Academically, he has a degree in mechanical engineering from Chelsea College.
