Hélder Mão de Ferro is a Partner at Evolution Partners Americas. Previously, he held the position of CIO at Unicomer Group – El Salvador Group, with a presence in 25 countries.

Hélder Mão de Ferro has senior leadership experience in an international context, having lived and worked in several continents and multiple countries, namely Portugal, Spain, Venezuela, Chile, El Salvador, where he developed projects in around twenty countries. He specialises in business management and technology in the financial and retail areas, with a focus on transforming business models. He also leads high-performance teams in a multicultural and international context.

Mão de Ferro has a degree in Business Management from ISCTE and attended IESE Business School, University of Navarra – Barcelona, where he completed his Masters in Administrative Management.
