Gonçalo Vilarinho, currently APAC Managing Director and Global Chief Growth Officer at HealthyBaby.com, is a general manager and investor with two decades of experience in consumer goods.

He was the local CEO for the global premium chocolatier Lindt & Sprüngli, in Shanghai, between 2019 and 2023. Prior to this position, Gonçalo held various marketing and commercial leadership roles at Danone, in dairy and baby (organic) nutrition, out of the offices in Lisbon, the headquarter in Paris and the Early Life Nutrition division in Shanghai.

Gonçalo started his career at Procter & Gamble Beauty Care, in 2005, taking on different responsibilities in Product Supply and Marketing at the Regional Headquarter in Geneva, Switzerland.

Academically, Gonçalo Vilarinho has a demonstrated interest in the knowledge areas of leadership and brand building, and has been part of different executive programs at IMD, in Lausanne, CEIBS, in Shanghai and the HBS in Boston. Born in Porto, he holds a master in Industrial Engineering and Management and now lives between Shanghai and New York City.
