Francisco Saragga Leal has a degree in Business Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and went on to do a Masters in International Economics & Finance at the University of Queensland (Australia), and a Masters in Philosophy at Universidade Nova de Lisboa (FCSH).

After several successful internships at some of Portugal’s most prestigious companies, namely Logoplaste, Deloitte and BrightPartners, Francisco Leal began his international career at Barclays in London. Francisco currently works at Rothchild & Co as an Assistant Director, responsible for investments worth over $2bn in some of the world’s largest companies.

He has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since 2023.
