Francisco Nogueira, CEO of Nespresso Brazil and Member of the Executive Committee of Nestlé Brazil.

45 years old, born in Lisbon. Married with two children. Graduated from the Catholic University of Lisbon in Business Administration and Management (course 1997 – 2002). He has lived in five countries with his family (Portugal, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, and currently Brazil), embracing different cultures, religions, and ways of living. During this period, he also had the opportunity to assume responsibilities in more than 80 countries, within the scope of the Global and Regional positions he held.

He began his professional career in 2002 at Oniway – Grupo Oni, a 3G telecommunications startup. He joined Colgate-Palmolive in 2003, working in Portugal and Switzerland in various commercial positions (Central offices in Europe). He moved to Nespresso-Nestlé in 2008 as Commercial Director, subsequently assuming the Marketing Director role in Portugal and the Global B2C Trade Commercial Director position in 2011. He returned to Portugal in 2012 to take on the role of CEO Nespresso Portugal, followed by CEO Nespresso UK & Ireland in 2015. He joined the Global Executive Committee of Nespresso in 2018 as Global Director of Nespresso Professional and assumed the role of CEO for the Middle East & Africa Region in 2021. Since April 2024, he has been the CEO of Nespresso Brazil, also part of the executive committee of Nestlé in the countries he passes through.

He has completed several executive courses in Leadership, Management, and People at universities in different countries, such as AESE (Portugal), IESE (Barcelona), IMD (Switzerland), and London Business School (UK). He is also a global mentor for Nespresso.

He has enjoyed practicing sports since childhood (judo, football, running, etc.) and traveling with family and friends.

Francisco Nogueira has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since may 2024.
