Fedra Ribeiro was born in São João do Marrere, Nampula, Mozambique. Fedra Ribeiro is currently a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of GALP. Fedra Ribeiro is a Member of the Executive Board of Bosch, where she is Executive Vice President.

Fedra Ribeiro has been CEO of Mobilize – Beyond Automotive in the Renault Group since December 2022 and was COO of the same company between November 2021 and January 2023. She was CEO of Karhoo between 2022 and 2023. Previously, Fedra Ribeiro held positions at SPX, Raytheon and Volkswagen.

Fedra Ribeiro has a degree in International Relations and has taken part in a number of training activities:
Advanced Leadership Coaching Program at Sigmund Freud Institute – Frankfurt; Management, Organizational Leadership program at the Indiana University Bloomington, Organizational Leadership at ESMT Berlin and Digital Ecosystems at INSEAD.

Fedra Ribeiro has been a member of the Portuguese Diaspora Council since February 2024.
