Carlos Gomes is, since June 2020, co-founder and CEO of Cosmobilis/Bymycar, the largest Automotive Distribution group in France and Southern Europe with 2.3 billion in turnover and more than 3000 employees in 4 countries (France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland).

He spent most of his career in the Automotive Industry and more particularly at Renault and Fiat, in which he held various management positions, namely as President of the activities of the Fiat Auto group in France and General Manager for Southern Europe (France, Spain and Portugal). More recently (2010-2020), Carlos Gomes was a member of the PSA Executif World Committee and Director General of the group’s activities for Latin America and Asia (China & Southeast Asia)

Degree in Commerce and Business Management from ISCTE in Lisbon. Additionally, he holds a diploma from the School of Fine Arts in Lisbon.

He is one of the founding members of the Portuguese Diaspora.
