Academically, he has a degree in Systems Engineering, an AMP from IESE Barcelona and several other degrees in Management and Marketing, and has also been a guest lecturer on postgraduate programmes in management and technology. He began his career in consultancy and then developed his career by taking on various positions in the insurance sector: IT Manager, Process Manager, Strategic Planning Manager, Marketing Manager, Management Advisor for the Group’s International Expansion, Member of various Boards of Directors. Most recently he is Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tranquilidade in Angola, Generali Group. Personally: Married with one child, his hobbies include reading, running marathons and, more recently, triathlons.
