The Portuguese Diaspora Council held its Annual Meeting on December 19th at Nova SBE and December 20th at the Pestana Cidadela Cascais Hotel.
The 1st Edition of the EuroAmericas Forum 2024 gathered over 400 individuals from more than 40 different nationalities on December 17th and 18th at Nova SBE.
The seventh edition of the EurAfrican Forum 2024 will be held on the 15th and 16th of July at NOVA SBE, Carcavelos, Portugal, under this year’s theme "Africa: The Next Chapter – Partnering for Growth”.
The Annual Meeting of the Portuguese Diaspora Council, which celebrates the Council's 11st anniversary, was held on December 20 and 21, 2023, at the Palácio Cidadela in Cascais.
On the 2nd of November, the Advisory Board and some members of the Board of Directors met in the Sala do Futuro, in the Town Hall of Cascais, with the aim of evaluating the activities carried out in the second half of the year and looking ahead to the new activities to be introduced next year.
On January 25, the Spanish Regional Hub of the Portuguese Diaspora, in partnership with ECIJA, held a seminar entitled "The Impact of Tax Changes on Transfers of Residence between Spain and Portugal".
On 17 July 2023, the Diaspora Council held its Summer Meeting at Palácio Cidadela, in Cascais, which brought together the Board of Directors, the Advisory Board and Counsellors of Portugal in the World.
Last Sunday, June 11th, H.E. the President of the Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, met with the Portuguese Diaspora Council.
